---- Public Notice ---- Notice is hereby given that Texas Gas Transmission, LLC (9 Greenway Plaza, Suite 2800, Houston, TX 77046), has filed an application with the Energy and Environment Cabinet to construct the Dearborn County Lateral Project which is located in Dearborn County, Indiana, Boone County, Kentucky, and Hamilton County, Ohio. The proposed Project involves the construction of a new natural gas pipeline extending from Dearborn County, Indiana, crossing through Boone County, Kentucky, and terminating in Hamilton County, Ohio. The Project also includes a new tie-in facility, measurement and flow control station, interconnect facility, and associated infrastructure. The proposed Project crosses the Ohio River, Taylor Creek, Second Creek, Garrison Creek, and unnamed tributaries.
