PROJECT NO: MSFM-02309330 PROJECT NAME & LOCATION: Collins Building, Design Chiller Replacement, Collins Building - Tallahassee, Florida SCOPE(S): 2-A Selective Demolition 5-A Steel 9-A Painting 21-A Fire Sprinkler 22-A Plumbing 23-A HVAC 26-A Electrical MANDATORY PREQUALIFICATION: This prequalification procedure has been established in compliance with Rule 60D-5.004, FAC. All Bidders must pre-qualify regardless of any previous pre-qualification by 2:00 pm on Monday, November 24, 2025. PUBLIC ENTITY CRIME INFORMATION STATEMENT: Under section 287.017 Florida Statutes, a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid on a contract to provide any goods or services and/or construction or repair of a public building or public work and may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity for a period of 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
