BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE OF SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 8th day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit :
Commence at a 8" x 12" stone found at the 1/4 corner on the south boundary of section 35, T5N-R1W, thence bear due north for 1322.11', thence bear due west for 2389.41' to a bolt found that is henceforth referred to as the point of beginning.
Thence from the point of beginning bear N31°21'56" for 236.17'W to a bolt found, thence bear N89°41'52"W along the south R/W of Wells Road for 49.45' to a bolt found, thence leaving said road bear S0°35'45"W for 200.46' to a 3/8" rod found, thence bear S89°31'06"E for 174.47' back to the point of beginning.
The aforementioned closed traverse contains 0.52 acre and is lots 3 & 4 of a subdivisions of part of the Albert Beasley Tract (C.B. 638, Pg. 917), in section 39, T5N-R1W, Rapides Parish, LA. It is shown on plat of survey by Stephen Barrett Gremillion dated 10-1-07.
