Action Items: a. Sheryl Cerniglia moved and Mike Dudzik seconded to adopt an increase of 20 additional regular education 4K Open Enrollment seats for a total limit of 31 for the 2025-2026 school year. Motion passed 5-0. b. Sheryl Cerniglia moved, and Mike Dudzik seconded to approve the five (5) year contract with American Family Field for the total contracted amount of $177,650 which will be budgeted at annual increments. Motion passed 5-0. 8. Information Items: a. The Board heard the First Reading of School Board Policy Updates to Sections 0000 (Bylaws), 1000 (Superintendent), and 9000 (Community Relations). b. Assistant Superintendent Andre Bennett shared information about Oak Creek High School crime statistics per the new DPI mandate. c. Assistant Superintendent Andre Bennett shared the Emergency Care Guidelines for the 2025-2026 school year. d. Chief Business and Finance Officer Blaise Paul shared the June Financial Report with the Board. e. The Board reviewed the Upcoming School Board Meeting Tentative Agendas Report. 9. Sheryl Cerniglia moved and Kelly Ganiere seconded to adjourn at 7:41 p.m. Motion passed 5-0.
