PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of MGL, c. 40A, s. 5, the Holliston Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing via remote participation pursuant to the Governor’s Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law (MGL, c. 30A, s. 18) on Thursday October 2, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments on the following proposed amendments to the Holliston Zoning By-Laws:
1. Amend Section II-B Location of Districts and “The Town of Holliston Zoning Map” to change the Zoning district for area/lots within “Pope Industrial Park” from Residential to Industrial. The approximate four acre area is currently developed and is known as 1629-1633 Washington Street.
2. Amend Sections I-E Definitions, III Use Regulations (H. Accessory Uses), and V-G(A) Accessory Family Dwelling Unit to be consistent with 760 CMR 71.00 Protected Use Accessory Dwelling Units.

The meeting agenda will be posted on the Town’s calendar and board’s webpage and will include the instructions for remote participation.
