The Regional Environmental Council, Inc., seeks to amend the City of Worcester Zoning Map by extending the BG-6.0 (Business, Ge-neral) zoning district and the Commercial Corridors Overlay District – Downtown (CCOD-D) to wholly encompass the properties at 108 and 112 Beacon Street. The property at 108 Beacon Street is presently zoned MG-2.0 (Manufacturing, Ge-neral) and the property at 112 Beacon Street is pre-sently split zoned, partially located in each an RG-5 (Residence, General) and MG-2.0 (Manufacturing Ge-neral) zoning district (ZA-2025-013).
A public hearing on the ap-plication will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 5:30PM in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
