This sale is scheduled for NOVEMBER 5 2025 at 9:00 am. If the parcel does not sell (NO BID), it shall be offered again on NOVEMBER 12 2025 at 9am to the highest bidder at no minimum bid but is subject to ORC 2329.21 relating to costs, allowance and real estate taxes.
