NOTICE   INSURANCE COMMISSIONER TRINIDAD NAVARRO, hereby gives notice that effective March 18, 2025, At-Bay Specialty Insurance Company, a Georgia domiciled Insurance Corporation licensed to transact insurance business in the state of Delaware redomesticated to Georgia and became a Foreign Insurer.   Because of the redomestication, At-Bay Specialty Insurance Company, has requested permission to withdraw securities held on deposit with US Bank for the benefit and protection of policyholders.   Pursuant to 18 Del. C. §1512(b), this Notice is given to request that any person who objects to the release of the deposits address written comments, specifying with reasonable detail the nature of the objection, to the attention of Nicole Brittingham, Director of Company Regulation, Delaware Department of Insurance, 1351 West North Street, Suite 101, Dover, DE 19904.
