NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE TOWN OF SARATOGA ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AND REFERRAL TO WOOD COUNTY On November 19th, 2025 the Town of Saratoga Board will vote to adopt Ordinance 11-19-25, "Town Board Approval of Zoning Ordinance and Referral to Wood County." The purpose of this ordinance is to approve the amendment of the Zoning Ordinance as recommended by the Town Plan Commission, and to present the Zoning Ordinance to Wood County for further review and action. The Zoning Ordinance would become effective upon approval by Wood County and after publication as required by law.
