NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered by the Honorable Carrie A. Schneider on October 3, 2025, directing the sale of certain lands located in the County of Outagamie, the real estate described below will be sold at sheriff's sale "as is" and subject to all prior liens and encumbrances in the lobby of the Outagamie County Justice Center, 320 S. Walnut Street, Appleton, Wisconsin, 54911, commencing at 9:00 AM on November 20, 2025 by the Sheriff of Outagamie County, Wisconsin.
The parcels of property consist of commercial and residential property, which may be sold individually or as one property, and are described as follows:
Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 8454 as filed in the office of the Register of Deeds for Outagamie County, Wisconsin, as Doc. No. 2287320, and corrected in Affidavit of Correction recorded 02/14/2023, as Doc. No. 2287879; being all of Lots 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 8178, Doc. No. 2243184 and all of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 8161, Doc. No. 2241026, all located in Private Claim 1, Township 21 North, Range 18 East, City of Kaukauna, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.

TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the successful bid must be paid to the Sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the Clerk of Courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The remaining balance of the successful bid must be paid to the Clerk of Courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten (10) days after the Court's confirmation of the sale, or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the Plaintiff. The Buyer is responsible for the applicable Wisconsin Real Estate Transfer Tax, costs of recording, and all costs of sale. Bidders must qualify as a third-party bidder under Wis. Stat. § 846.155.
