NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kitsap County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on November 10, 2025 beginning at the hour of 5:30 PM, in its Chambers, Kitsap County Administration Building, 619 Division Street, 3rd Floor, Port Orchard, Washington, and remotely (see below) to consider a Petition to Vacate filed by Valerie Williams for an undeveloped right of way located in Commissioner District #3 and described as follows: Total Area Description: That portion of County Road No. 155 lying within the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 21, Township 25 North, Range 1 West, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington; Except that portion lying within the South 60 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter.
