Beard (Owner), to designate as a Local Landmark the "W.W. Witmer House", located on the property at 2900 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, said parcel legally described as follows: THE NORTH 240 FEET OF LOT 1 IN LANGAN PLACE, AN OFFICIAL PLAT, NOW INCLUDED IN AND FORMING A PART OF THE CITY OF DES MOINES, POLK COUNTY, IOWA. A map of the subject parcel containing "W.W.
