The Uxbridge Planning Board will hold the following Public Hearing/Meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 6:00pm at the Town Hall at 21 South Main Street, Uxbridge, MA 01569.
DefinitiveSubdivision Plan – 404 Blackstone Street:
On behalf of the applicant ZPB-2020-029, LLC Fuss & O’Neil has prepared the application for a Definitive Subdivision (Campfire Way) filing for the property at 404 Blackstone Street. The proposal is for a 3-lot subdivision private way. The site currently has a home with town water and septic system, and the proposed private way will provide two additional lots in compliance with the current zoning regulations for the Residential C Zoning District. The owner of the property is Jason Tetrault, 370 Blackstone Street, Uxbridge, MA. The property is located at 404 Blackstone Street and on Assessor’s Map 31, Parcel 2871. The title to said land is recorded in the Worcester District Registry of Deeds in Book 64630, page 230.
