The proposal is for a 3-lot subdivision private way. The site currently has a home with town water and septic system, and the proposed private way will provide two additional lots in compliance with the current zoning regulations for the Residential C Zoning District. The owner of the property is Jason Tetrault, 370 Blackstone Street, Uxbridge, MA. The property is located at 404 Blackstone Street and on Assessor’s Map 31, Parcel 2871.
