Application for the construction of 90,000 square feet of drive up, self-storage space. It is anticipated that construction will be completed in two phases, with the first phase encompassing 50,000 square feet of space in the westerly part of the site and the second phase encompassing 40,000 square feet of space in the easterly part of the site.
