NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 9, 2025 and entered in Case No. 052025CA017214XXCABC, of the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for BREVARD County, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC is Plaintiff and JOHNATHAN L. DANIEL A/K/A JOHNATHAN DANIEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHNATHAN L. DANIEL A/K/A JOHNATHAN DANIEL; JENNIFER A. KONDAS-CLOVER; ROBERT CLOVER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH THE RURAL HOUSING SERVICE AND ITS SUCCESSORS; MV REALTY PBC, LLC; GOODLEAP, LLC; are defendants. Rachel M. MINUTES 49 SECONDS EAST 312.0 FEET TO SAID NORTH R/W LINE; THENCE SOUTH 79 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 29 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID R/W LINE, 140.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
