ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, LOCATED IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 2 EAST, SOUTHEASTERN LAND DISTRICT, EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF LOT 2-A, CONTAINING 1.12 ACRES OF THE FRENCH QUARTERS, FIRST FILING, AS SHOWN ON A MAP OR PLAN OF SURVEY PREPARED BY WILLIAM L. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SIXTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND FORTY FIVE CENTS ($60,814.45) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
