By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: , , in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ACENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS EAGLES LANDING, FIRST FILING SUBDIVISION, AND DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAN THEREOF, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK AND RECORDER OF THE PARISH OF ACENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AS LOT NUMBER TWENTY-SIX (26), SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES AS ARE MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ON SAID SUBDIVISION MAP; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
