NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Cleveland County Board of Commissioners will hold a legislative hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Chambers, located at 311 E. Marion St., Shelby, NC 28150. This hearing is being held pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 153A-77 to consider consolidating the current Department of Social Services and the Health Department into a Consolidated Human Services Agency. The Board of Commissioners will solicit feedback from county residents at this time.
