INVITATION FOR BIDS WATERMAINS CITY OF LEBANON AUTHORITY Sealed proposals will be received by the Authority until 2:00 pm and opened at 2:05 pm on December 3, 2025 at the Authority’s office, 2311 Ridgeview Road, Lebanon, PA, 17042, for the 8” water main project on N 4th Street and Guilford Street in the City of Lebanon.
