The properties described herein were conveyed to Secure American Land, LLC, via Limited Warranty Deed, and/or Correction Warranty Deed, if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands, after the properties remained unredeemed and the time period for redemption having expired.
