BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 3rd day of December, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND, containing 2.17 acres, more or less, together with all buildings and improvements thereon located, all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Part of Lot Two (2) of the Matt Reed Partition in the SW/4 of the NE/4, Section 16, T4N—R3E, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more fully described as follows, to wit:
From the center of said Section 16, proceed North 0 degrees 25 minutes West, 479.2 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 50 minutes East, 832.0 feet to establish the Point of Beginning; from said point; continue North 89 degrees 50 minutes East 400.2 feet to the westerly right of way of La. Hwy. No. 115; thence along said right of way North 3 degrees 46 minutes West, 193.9 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes West 128.0 feet; thence North 4 degrees 26 minutes West 98.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes West 204.5 feet; thence South 9 degrees 16 minutes West 295.5 feet back to the Point of Beginning; all as more fully shown on Certificate of Survey by Stephen Barrett Gremillion, dated March 21, 1994, a copy of which is attached hereto.
