By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE, PARCEL OR LOT OF LAND LYING SITUATE AND BEING IN THE CITY SHREVEPORT, PARISH CADDO, AND STATE OF LOUISIANA:
LOT 20 AND LOT 19, LESS THE NORTH 50 FEET THEREOF, IRVING BLUFF SUB., 2ND REVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISANA, AS PER PLAT IN BOOK 700, PAGE 471, CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, SAID PROPERTY ALSO DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 20 OF THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF IRVING BLUFF ROAD; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY ALONG SAID EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 134 FEET; THENCE RUN EASTERLY 400.2 FEET THROUGH LOT 19 TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 19, A DISTANCE OF ABOUT 84 FEET FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 19; THENCE RUN SOUTH 53° 21' WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF LOTS 19 AND 20 A DISTANCE OF 259 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 20; THENCE RUN NORTH 86° 27' WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 20 A DISTANCE OF 191.9 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 20 AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
