A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4) OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING 1645 FEET NORTH AND 448 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEST CORNER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, RUN THENCE WEST 67 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH APPROXIMATELY 255 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTH APPROXIMATELY 250 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON, MUNICIPALLY KNOWN AS 5687 JEFFERSON PAIGE ROAD, SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA 71119.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
