The requisite Affidavit for Service by Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to the unknown owners and non-record claimants of 730 Corporate Court, Springfield, Illinois ("the Property"), that a Complaint for Condemnation was filed in the above-named Court on October 29, 2025, and is now pending.
The names of all Plaintiffs and the case number are identified above.The Court in which said action was brought is identified above.The name of the title holder of record is: Graced Investments, LLC (Series 2), an Illinois limited liability company.The legal description of the real estate is as follows:

Part of Lot 5 of 66 Corporate Center, A plat recorded April 6, 1998 as document 98-17173, revised by plat recorded November 9, 1998 as document 98-59137, being a replatting of Lot 22 of 66 Subdivision recorded April 16, 1953 as document 250375 in Section 15, Township 15 North, Range 5 West of the Third Principal Meridian, Sangamon County, Illinois, described as follows:
Commencing at a pipe at the northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence North 75 degrees 55 minutes 49 seconds East on the northerly line of Lot 5, a distance of 145.11 feet; thence South 52 degrees 43 minutes 02 seconds East on the northerly line of Lot 5, a distance of 21.73 feet to
the Point of Beginning.

NOW THEREFORE, unless the unknown owners and non-record claimants of 730 Corporate Court, Springfield, Illinois, file an answer to the Complaint for Condemnation in this cause or otherwise make an appearance therein, in the Office of the Sangamon County Circuit Clerk, 200 South Ninth St., Springfield, IL 62701, on or before December 5, 2025, default may be entered at any time after that day and an Order placing the Plaintiff in possession of the Property may be entered in accordance with the prayer of the Complaint for Condemnation.
