BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 9/12/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 12/10/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
A. A certain tract or parcel of land together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana in Section 81, Township 17 South, Range 16 East, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point North 69 degrees, 46' 25" West a distance of 18,976.21 feet from U.S.C. & G.S. monument "Houma", said point having coordinates X=2,173,878.468 and Y=345,421.737; thence South 36 degrees 16' 10" West a distance of 271.29 feet as shown on said plat; thence North 65 degrees 09' 50" West a distance of 706.56 feet to Point "C" as shown on said plat, being the point of beginning:
Thence North 65 degrees, 09' 50" West a distance of 190 feet to Point "D" along la. Highway No. 311; Thence North 24 degrees 50' 10" West a distance of 356.51 feet to Point "G", said tract being designated as Tract "B" on a map showing three (3) certain tracts of land to be purchased from Douglass S. Talbot, dated September 29, 1975.
B. One certain tract of land situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, being shown and designated as TRACT K-H-I-J-K on s map entitled ."Re-division of Tract B and Tract C formerly property of Douglass S. Talbot in Section 81, T-17-S, R-16-E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana; prepared by Kenneth L. Rembert, Surveyor dated July 5, 1989, being more particularly described as commencing at a point common to the Eastern right of way of Louisiana State Highway 311 and common to Tract "B" and Tract "C" indicated by the letter C; thence North 24 degrees 50' 10" East along the property line common to Tract "B" and Tract "C" for a distance of 226.02 feet to a point indicated by the letter K and being the point of beginning; thence North 24 degrees 50' 10" East for a distance of 112.30 feet to a point indicated by the letter H; thence South 59 degrees 43' 12" East along the Western right of way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad for a distance of 42.70 feet to a point indicated by the letter I; thence south 24 degrees 50' 10" West for a distance of 108.25 feet to the point indicated by the letter J; thence North 65 degrees 09'50" West to Tract B, on the West and south by Tract C, and on the East by the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or In anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $436680.07, along
