Stat. § 66.1003. The public way proposed to be discontinued is a portion of Westfield Road located as follows: Part of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 4266, recorded in Volume 24, Page 39, Certified Survey Maps, Fond du Lac County Register of Deeds office being part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, T. 15 N.-R. 18 E., Town of Empire, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 9; thence North 00-28'-12" West along the West line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 9, 558.91 feet; thence South 89-32'-38" East along the South right of way line of Westfield Road and its extension Westerly, 402.04 feet; thence South 17-24'-03" West, 191.13 feet; thence South 74-05'-38" East, 139.97 feet a point on the North line of said Lot 1 and to the point of beginning; thence South 89-18'-23" East along the North line of said Lot 1, 131.31 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence along the South right of way line of Old Westfield Road on a curve to the right having a radius of 350.40 feet, 56.35 feet along curve to a point which is South 59-33'-26" West, 56.29 feet from last described point; thence North 67-49'-43" West, 57.51 feet; thence North 74-05'-38" West, 30.68 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.04 acres (1857 sq. ft.) of land, more or less.
