By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in cause No. 82D01-2507-MF-004149, wherein Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2022-1 was Plaintiff, and Gay Charles Vincent, IV a/k/a Gay C. Vincent, Tammy Sue Vincent a/k/a Tammy S. Vincent and State of Indiana, Department of Revenue were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the said Decree with interest
