NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for Refuse Collection and Disposal and Recycling Services Contracts for all projects of the Bucks County Housing Authority for the two years beginning February 1, 2026 and ending January 31, 2028, will be received by the Bucks County Housing Authority, 350 South Main Street - Suite 205, Doylestown, PA 18901, until 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Specifications and Contract Documents for the Contracts will be on file and copies thereof will be made available to prospective bidders during business hours at the office of the Bucks County Housing Authority, 350 South Main Street - Suite 205, Doylestown, PA 18901.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly endorsed on the outside specifying "Bid for Refuse Collection and Disposal and Recycling Services Contracts" and addressed to Bucks County Housing Authority, 350 South Main Street - Suite 205, Doylestown, PA 18901, and must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the form prescribed in the Contract Documents made payable to the Bucks County Housing Authority or cash in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid submitted per project covered in the Bid (check or bonds to be separate for the several projects). The retention of the certified checks, bid bonds, or cash will conform with the provisions of Instructions to Bidders in the Contract Documents. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of bids. The Bucks County Housing Authority reserves the right to refuse any and all bids and said Authority also reserves the right to waive any requirements inserted for the protection of the Authority, if the Authority deems such waiver to be in its best interest and as may be permitted by law.

Grundy Tower, Bristol, PA; Grundy Hall, Doylestown, PA; Grundy Gardens, Fairless Hills, PA; LaMont Plaza, Fairless Hills, PA; Bensalem Woods, Bensalem Township, PA; Grundy Manor, Telford, PA; Grundy House, Quakertown, PA; Shadywood Village, Perkasie, PA; Sellersville Heights, Sellersville, PA; Venice Ashby Phase I & II, and Venice Ashby Office Building, Bristol, PA; and MacIntosh Regency, Tullytown, PA.
