To Jessica Schauber, Margaret Spellman, Stephen Starsiak, Jr., Jennifer Mainey and to all other persons interested. A petition has been presented to said Court by Susan A. Starsiak of North Easton, MA in the County of Bristol representing that they hold as a life estate and remaindermen an undivided part or share of land in Brockton in said County Plymouth and briefly described as follows: The land in Brockton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, with the buildings thereon, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stake in the Southerly line of Leavitt Street, at a point where the West line of Hazel Street leads Southerly from Leavitt Street; thence SOUTHERLY by Hazel Street, eighty-five (85) feet; thence WESTERLY by a line parallel with Leavitt Street, sixty-one (61) feet; thence NORTHERLY by a line parallel with Hazel Street, eighty-five (85) feet to the Southerly line of Leavitt Street; and thence EASTERLY by Leavitt Street, sixty-six (66) feet to the point of beginning.

Setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than Seven Hundred Thousand ($700,000) dollars and prays that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all of said land with the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Plymouth before ten o’clock in the forenoon on the twenty-fourth day of November, 2025, the return date of this citation.
