ASHBURNHAM ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING #25-04   As prescribed in the Zoning Act, Chapter 40A of the M.G.L. the Ashburnham Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing in Lower Meeting Room – Wednesday November 19, 2025 at 7:00 PM on the application of Jacqueline Calderon to allow an addition (28 x 14) to a preexisting non-conforming house. This requires a request for SP/Variance from Section 4.1.2 (Section 1.2.2) in the RB zoning district located at 2 Pine Ave. (Map 52 Parcel 44).
