Notice is hereby given that Gavin Macrae-Gibson with 301 Forrest Avenue Associates LLC has made an application to the Savannah Zoning Board of Appeals for the following:
The Petitioner requests the following three variances in association with the reconstruction of a nonconforming primary dwelling in the RSF-5 zoning district:
1. To reduce the side yard setback;
2. To reduce the front yard setback;
3. Relief from nonconformity to expand a nonconforming structure.
