PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 4:00 PM ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025 to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 3, at 9:00am at Tybee Island City Hall (403 Butler Ave) or virtually by Teams.
