OFFICIAL NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed quotes will be received up to 10:00 A.M., TUESDAY NOVEMBER 25, 2025, in the City of Oshkosh Purchasing Division, Room 302, City Hall, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, for RAZE AND REMOVAL OF STRUCTURE 1313 LIBERTY STREET, OSHKOSH WI 54901. It is the bidder's sole responsibility to insure that the quote is timely and physically received by the Purchasing office prior to the deadline set forth in this notice. No quotes will be accepted after the deadline. Quotes may be submitted by mail and addressed to: Purchasing Office, City Hall, 215 Church Avenue, P.O. Box 1130, Oshkosh, WI 54903-1130. On the outside of the envelope, the bidder should distinctly indicate the name and address of the bidder and in the lower left corner should clearly indicate the envelope contains a quote for: "RAZE AND REMOVAL OF 1313 LIBERTY STREET, OSHKOSH WI 54901." Quotes may also be emailed to: purchasing@oshkoshwi.gov . Quotes may also be faxed to the Purchasing Office at (920) 236-5186. Quotes not complying with these instructions will not be considered submitted to the City, and shall be returned to the bidder unopened and unread. Contractors must be qualified to submit a bid for this project. This shall be done on forms furnished by the City of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and must be filled out in proper manner and then submitted to Purchasing at purchasing@ci.oshkosh.wi.us five (5) days before the quotation deadline date. The General Services Manager's decision as to qualifications will be final. Copies of this form may be obtained by contacting Purchasing at 920-236-5101. Contractors are responsible for submitting a new prequalification form each calendar year. Prequalification forms are due five (5) days prior to the bid date. Prequalification forms must be received in the calendar year of the bid due date. No quotes will be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening quotes.
