NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
To: NAADIRA A. BUNBURY aka NAADIRA ALCEDO (hereinafter "Defendant "), Defendant in the above-referenced action:
Take Notice that a Complaint seeking relief in which you have been named as a defendant has been filed in the above-entitled action by Plaintiff FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION. The nature of relief being sought is as follows:
1. The real property which is the subject of this action is located entirely in Cumberland County, North Carolina, has a property address of 1113 Thornwood Place, Fayetteville, North Carolina, and is more fully and properly described in that deed recorded April 3, 2006, in Book 7194 at Page 435 of the Cumberland County Registry (the "Subject Property ").
2. The nature and purpose of this action is to have the Court acting pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 41-10 quiet title to the Subject Property by finding and determining the Subject Property to be owned by Defendant NAADIRA A. BUNBURY aka NAADIRA ALCEDO subject to that deed of trust to the Plaintiff, as assignee, and stating her name only as NAADIRA ALCEDO, with such deed of trust being recorded January 31, 2014, in Book 9369 at Page 517 of the Cumberland County Registry (the "Deed of Trust ").
3. You are required to make defense to such pleading no later than the 26th day of December, 2025, said date being 40 days from the first publication of this notice, or from the date complaint is filed, whichever is later, and upon your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
