Dehoff, 1553 Woolen Mill Road, Stewartstown, PA 17363, known as Tax Map BL Parcel 14, zoned Agricultural, is requesting an appeal of the Zoning Officers negative determination regarding Section 27-317.2.A through 27-317.2.J. of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance on the basis that a farm market is an allowed accessory use when such use is accessory to a principal use in the agricultural zone. Application # 2-2025, Dalfen Industrial, LLC, for property owned by Nachtigall Family Limited Partnership, Mount Airy Road, known as Tax Map 01, Parcels 28 and 29, zoned Industrial, is requesting a variance to Section 27-307.1 of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance to permit an access driveway to exceed 35’ in width within 10’ of the street right-of-way line and a variance to Section 27-301.2 of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance to permit an accessory structure in the front yard.
