NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP
ZONING HEARING BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, 3336 Bridgeview Road, Stewartstown, PA 17363 on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., at which time the following applications will be heard:
Application # 1-2025, Harry C. Dehoff, 1553 Woolen Mill Road, Stewartstown, PA 17363, known as Tax Map BL Parcel 14, zoned Agricultural, is requesting an appeal of the Zoning Officers negative determination regarding Section 27-317.2.A through 27-317.2.J. of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance on the basis that a farm market is an allowed accessory use when such use is accessory to a principal use in the agricultural zone.
Application # 2-2025, Dalfen Industrial, LLC, for property owned by Nachtigall Family Limited Partnership, Mount Airy Road, known as Tax Map 01, Parcels 28 and 29, zoned Industrial, is requesting a variance to Section 27-307.1 of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance to permit an access driveway to exceed 35’ in width within 10’ of the street right-of-way line and a variance to Section 27-301.2 of the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance to permit an accessory structure in the front yard.
