By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 04/11/24, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 12/10/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
One certain lot of ground, situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the left descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, being designated as "Tract 1" containing 0.243 acres, 10,570 square feet as shown on a map entitled "Redivision of Lots 22, 23 E & F of Square 4 of the North Thibodaux Addition into Tract 1, 2 and 3 located in Section 40, T-4S-R16E and in Section 119, T15S-R16E, City of Thibodaux, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana" prepared by Acadia Land Surveying, LLC, dated April 28, 1999, being recorded in the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana under entry number 854715, said Tract 1 is further described as follows:
Beginning at a point being the intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of North 12th Street and the westerly boundary line of Lot D, said point is the "point of beginning". Thence, following the northerly right-of-way line of North 12th Street north 81°30'07" west a distance of 50.60 feet to a point; thence, departing from the northerly right-of-way line of North 12th Street north 13° 01'25" east a distance of 78.81 feet to a point, thence, north 71°25'53" west a distance of 3.06 feet to a point; thence, north 12° 54' 29" east a distance of 9.93 feet to a point; thence, north 76°16' 45" west a distance of 4.08 feet to a point; thence, north 11°37'14" east a distance of 10.32 feet to a point; thence, north 09° 11' 25" east a distance of 42.73 feet to a point; thence, south 81°13'50 east a distance of 10.28 feet to a point thence, north 13° 01' 25" east a distance of 57.16 feet to a point on the southern right-of-way line of North 13th Street; thence, following the southern right-of-way line of North 13th Street south 81° 30' 07" east a distance of 50.60 feet to a point; thence, departing from the southern right-of-way line of North 13th Street, south 13° 01’ 25” west a distance of 199.96 feet to the "point of beginning".
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $62903.98 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
