NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Oshkosh Plan Commission
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been called and will be held before the City of Oshkosh Plan Commission in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall on December 2nd, 2025 at 4:00 pm to consider the following proposed amendments to the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance which was adopted by the Oshkosh Common Council on the 13th day of December, 2016.
The City of Oshkosh, applicant and owner, requests approval of a zone change from Rural Holding (RH) to Heavy Industrial with a Planned Development Overlay (HI-PD) for two properties located south of the southern terminus of Meadow Park Drive (parcels 91334020000 & 91334040000).
City Administration is proposing several text amendments to Chapter 30 Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code. The full Zoning Ordinance text amendments are on file at the Planning Division office at City Hall, Room 204, for inspection between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.
1) Amend Section 30-35(N) to change the Maximum Principal Building Height to 3 stories.
2) Amend Section 30-36(G) to change the Maximum Principal Building Height to 3 stories.
3) Amend Section 30-37(G) to change the Maximum Principal Building Height to 3 stories.
4) Amend Section 30-38(G) to change the Maximum Principal Building Height to 3 stories.
5) Amend Section 30-39(G) to change the Maximum Principal Building Height to 3 stories.
6) Amend Section 30-40(G) to change the Maximum Principal Building Height to 3 stories.
7) Amend Section 30-41(G) to change the Maximum Principal Building Height to 3 stories.
8) Amend Section 30-42(G) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations.
9) Amend Section 30-43(G) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations.
10) Amend Section 30-44(G) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations.
11) Amend Section 30-50(G) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations & Maximum Principal Building Height to 3 stories.
12) Amend Section 30-51(G) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations & Maximum Principal Building Height to 3 stories.
13) Amend Section 30-52(G) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations.
14) Amend Section 30-53(G) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations & Maximum Principal Building Height for Residential Uses to 3 stories.
15) Amend Section 30-55(L) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations.
16) Amend Section 30-59(O) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations.
17) Amend Section 30-60(G) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations.
18) Amend Section 30-61(G) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations.
19) Amend Section 30-62(F) to change Maximum Impervious Surface Ratio to Meet Stormwater Regulations.
20) Amend Section 30-291(A) to change the minimum front yard setback for freestanding signs to 15'.
