Please take notice that the Planning Board of the Town of Hyde Park will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapters 108 of the code of the Town of Hyde Park on the following application:

The applicant has submitted an application for site plan approval for Phase 2B of the project formerly known as St. Andrew's PUD, now known as Bellefield, which proposes 341 apartment units with associated parking, utility improvements and supporting infrastructure on proposed Lot 8 (the "Project") of the property identified as tax parcels no. 6163-01-023580, 131849 & 021660 (the "Property"), in the Bellefield Planned Development Zoning District (the "Project"). This application is part of the overall previously approved final development plan Phase II.
All documents relating to the above application and requests are available for inspection at the Town Hall during regular business hours and are also available on the Town Website at: https://www.hydeparkny.us/187/Projects.
Said board will at said time hear all persons in support of all of the above matters relating to the Project, or any objections thereto, during the public hearing at 4383 Albany Post Road in order of appearance on the agenda. Comments submitted in writing must be received before 3:00 p.m. on the date of the above hearing and be addressed to:
