BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE to me directed and issued from the TUSCARAWAS COUNTY COMMON PLEAS COURT and State of Ohio, in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at Public Auction online at https://tuscarawas.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, on 12/4/25 at 9:00 AM, of said day for not less than 2/3 of the appraised value. TERMS OF SECOND SALE: Property to be sold without regard to the minimum bid requirement subject to payment of taxes and court costs; deposit requirements same as the first auction.

Balance due upon confirmation of sale and delivery of deed.
The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances, and taxes that proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.
