PURPOSE: Stormwater Ordinance Consider the adoption of proposed Stormwater Ordinance. This ordinance will be added to the Town of White Lake’s Code of Ordinances to regulate the management of stormwater runoff, protect water quality, and manage flooding. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection during regular business hours in the office of the Town Clerk at the White Lake Town Hall. The proposed ordinance is also available for viewing on the Town’s website at www.whitelakenc.org. Pursuant to NCGS 160A-314, 160D-601, 160D-925, The Town of White Lake will conduct a Public Hearing.
