Notice is hereby given that St. Johns County is soliciting Qualifications for RFQ No: 2533; CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) FOR THE MEDICAL EXAMINER'S OFFICE EXPANSION. Interested and qualified Respondents may submit Qualifications in accordance with the requirements provided in the RFQ Document, to the St. Johns County Purchasing Department located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084. All Qualifications must be submitted by or before 4:00PM EDST on Monday, December 8, 2025, or as otherwise stated in an addendum. Sealed bids delivered to or received by the SJC Purchasing Department after the above submittal deadline shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Qualifications from Respondents licensed as a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida to perform Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) Services for expansion of the St. Johns County Medical Examiner’s Office, located at 4501 Avenue A, St. Augustine, FL 32095 (Parcel ID: 073400 0000). Bidders must obtain and review the RFQ Documents, including all Attachments and Exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications, evaluation and award/contract requirements, and all other information related to this RFQ.
