LEGAL NOTICE Public Hearing Notice   In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Carver Zoning by Law, the Carver Planning Board will hold a public hearing on   November 25, 2025 at 7:00 PM In the Carver Town Hall, Meeting Room #1   On the application of Tremont Street Solar 1, LLC. requesting a Special Permit and Site Plan Review pursuant to Section 290-2-2.3 and 290-5-3 of the Carver Zoning by Law, located at 73 Tremont Street in Carver, MA (Assessor’s Map 121 Lot 4-0) in the Residential Agricultural (RA) Zoning District.   The project will consist of the construction, installation and operation of a solar arrays including floating, dual-use, canal canopy and ground mounted solar arrays with associated energy storage system within an existing active cranberry agricultural operation.   Any persons interested and wishing to be heard, should appear at the time and place designated.
