NOTICE OF LOCATION AND DESIGN APPROVAL P. I. 0019549 CLARKE COUNTY Notice is hereby given in compliance with Georgia Code 22-2-109 and 32-3-5 that the Georgia Department of Transportation has approved the Location and Design of this project. The date of location and design approval is: _10/23/25_ This project consists of the replacement of an existing bridge located on CR 3 / Fowler Mill Road over Little Bear Creek, located approximately 0.75 miles north of Bogart, Georgia (GMD 241). The proposed bridge will be constructed on the existing alignment with an off-site detour. The proposed roadway consists of one 11-ft lane in each direction with 8-ft (6.5-ft paved) shoulders. The total project length is approximately 0.2 miles, and the estimated construction duration is 12 months. Athens-Clarke County would be responsible for acquiring property rights for this project.
