The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 061-1-038-00-0, LYING AND BEING in the 120th District GMD, Richmond County, Georgia, containing 0.18 acre, more or less, being Lot 4, Block R, East Boundary Homes Subdivision, shown in Realty Book 31D, Pages 171-173, described in Deed Book 39-O, Page 738, the description contained therein being Incorporated herein by this reference, known as 107 East Watkins Street.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 21st day of November 2025.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of October 2021 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1820 at Page 2103.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 21st day of November 2025 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
