BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 10th day of December, 2025 the following property to-wit:

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lot forty-five (45) of Village Green Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 85 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and more particularly shown on that certain certificate of survey by Daniel D. Sandefur dated March 29, 1984, a copy of which is recorded with that Cash Sale Deed at Book 1114, Page 902 records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
