BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 10th day of December, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being particularly described as follows, to wit:
Part of lot five (5) of block five (5) of College Hill Addition as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 2, page 7 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, described as follows: Begin at a point where the westerly right-of-way line of the L & A Railroad intersects the northerly line of Arkansas Street, which point if marked "A" on the plat by Louis J. Daige, dated December 21, 1955, a copy of which is recorded at
conveyance book' 493, page 301, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and run along Arkansas Street toward Prairie Street 54.8 feet to a point marked "B" on the aforesaid plat; thence turn to the right and run in a straight line 89.2 feet to a point "C" on the aforesaid plat; thence turn to the right and run in a straight line 66.1 feet to a point "D" on the aforesaid plat; thence turn to the right and run in a straight line 89.05 feet to the point "E" on the aforesaid plat; thence turn and run 20.3 feet back to the point of beginning, being more particularly shown on certificate of survey by Louis J. Jr., dated December 21, 1965, a copy of which is recorded at conveyance book 1372, page 1, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
