BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 10th day of December, 2025 the following property to-wit :
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Lot Ninety-Five (95) of Grundy Cooper Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 10, page 72, said lot fronting 75 feet on Benjamin Street and extending back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of 140.72 feet as shown on official plat by Louis J. Daigre, dated May 2, 1958; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
