By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
LOT 5 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 8, PARKHURST SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 150, PAGE 220 RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ
together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
