APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94780 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of October 2025 Butcher Holdings, LLC of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 0.02 c.f.s., 1.0 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 63257. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 25, T21N, R23E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 25 bears N 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds E, a distance of 150 feet (approx. 6 1/4 miles NW of Fernley, NV). Water will be used for mining, milling, and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 26, T21N, R23E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of Section 24, T21N, R23E, MDB&M bears N 5 degrees 53 minutes E, a distance of 2,958.0 feet.
