Notice is hereby given that separate, sealed proposals for the Sandusky County Common Pleas Court Case Management System will be received by the Sandusky County Commissioners at 622 Croghan St., Fremont, OH 43420, until November 25, 2025 at 9:30 a.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Commissioner's Board Room. Proposals will not be accepted after this date and time. The requested proposals are for the following: Sandusky County, Ohio is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, modern Court Management System (CMS) to support court operations and departments as defined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). RFP documents, including scope of work, functional requirements and vendor requirements will be available on November 10, 2025 by contacting Christie Schneider, Clerk of Courts; at the Sandusky County Clerk of Courts office, during regular business hours; at 622 Croghan St., Fremont, OH 43420;or call 419-334-6151. Attention is called to all requirements contained in the RFP documents. All proposals shall be sealed, addressed to the Sandusky County Commissioners, marked, "Sandusky County Court Case Management System Proposal," include the Proposer's name and address and contain one signed original proposal (signed by an authorized representative of the proposer) and one hardcopy of the proposal.
